Aluminium and Mild Steel frame work

Labaire's Aluminium Framework is a totally collapsable assembly of premuim grade aluminum extrusions. Strong and versile with no welding allows flexibility to add, remove, reconfigure and include accessories at will. The finish is standard naturally anodized however can be coloured to suite acording to our swatch chart. Cabinetry may be clipped in and moved to any position within the footprint of the framework assembly. uminium. 

Labaire's Mild Steel framework is a welded assembly with sections sized to suite your lab. While it is a sturdy contruction, it does not allow the versitily of the Aluminium. Powder Coated to finish, it does offer a greater range of colours.

Assembly in Four Straightforward Steps

  1. Design & cut – Plan in CAD; Labaire supplies free STEP files and CNC saw cuts to ±0.1 mm.

  2. Insert connectors – Slide T-nuts into the slot, align profiles and tighten corner brackets or hidden cubes.

  3. Add accessories – Clip and locate accessories.

  4. Adjust or repurpose – Loosen a bolt, move the component, re-tighten. The frame evolves with your needs.

Aluminium

Light weight, robust, bolted assembly with high corrosion and scratch resistance. The infill strips and end caps are matched to suite your choice of colour.. Add in the versatility allowing extensions, reductions, replacements and adjustment makes for world class laboratory installation.
